Name Reducing mortality, complications and length of stay for the elderly patient undergoing emergency abdominal surgery.
Details We will use improvement methodology; measurement of patient risk, a surgical patient bundle, segmentation of the care pathway and targeted post-operative care to reduce complications or improve their detection and management.
